Junior Treasury Specialist

About the role

The Junior Treasury Specialist will join the Cash and Treasury team and support management and control of incoming funds across UAE offices. The role is suited to an early‑career finance professional with strong numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and post incoming receipts across UAE offices, with support for other regional offices.
• Manage unallocated and unidentified funds and investigate payments received without sufficient information.
• Coordinate with KYC, Compliance, Credit Control, and Finance teams to clear outstanding receipts.
• Liaise with banks regarding missing, delayed, rejected, returned, or unidentified payments through resolution.
• Assist with bank and receipt reconciliations, including unallocated funds and selected bank accounts.
• Maintain records, reports, supporting documentation, and audit trails for receipts and banking investigations.
• Support cash monitoring, reporting, banking, and other activities across the Cash and Treasury function.
• Follow Finance, KYC, Compliance, and internal control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or a similar role.
• Experience with accounting systems and online banking platforms.
• Bank reconciliation experience is advantageous.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills, numerical and analytical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, coordination, prioritization, deadline management, and organization skills.
