Junior Waiter

About the role

AlphaMind Group is looking for a Junior Waiter to join its high‑end dining team in Dubai. You will support senior staff by greeting guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining the restaurant’s standards of hygiene and presentation in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests courteously, present menus and suggest food‑drink pairings.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
• Set up, maintain and clear tables according to luxury‑service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including side‑station preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when needed.
• Upsell specials, premium items and wine pairings to increase revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health‑safety regulations throughout the dining area.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in high‑end restaurants, fine‑dining venues or luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of fine‑dining etiquette, service standards and wine/beverage pairings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure.
