Karate & Martial Arts Instructor – Full‑time, Dubai

About the role

The school is seeking a full‑time Karate and Martial Arts Instructor to join its on‑site team in Dubai. You will deliver age‑appropriate martial arts lessons that promote skill development, discipline, safety and physical fitness across multiple year groups.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging martial arts sessions tailored to different ages and abilities.
• Demonstrate techniques, supervise practice, and manage class behaviour to ensure a safe training environment.
• Prepare students for internal demonstrations and school events, tracking their progress throughout the term.
• Communicate regularly with school staff and, when appropriate, families about student development.
• Collaborate with the wider school team to support overall student wellbeing and personal growth.

Required profile

• Strong martial‑arts instruction skills with formal training or certification in disciplines such as Taekwondo, Boxing or Kickboxing.
• Experience teaching mixed‑ability groups in an educational or coaching setting.
• Ability to plan sessions, track progression and maintain a safe, inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Good communication skills and willingness to follow school policies and procedures.
• First‑aid knowledge or certification is an advantage; prior experience in a UAE school is beneficial.
