Key Account Executive – Personal Care

About the role

The Key Account Executive will manage Unilever’s personal‑care portfolio across modern‑trade customers in the UAE. You will drive category growth, ensure optimal shelf presence, and align retailer initiatives with brand objectives while supporting Unilever’s purpose of sustainable living.

Key responsibilities

• Develop store‑specific category plans for skin cleansing, deodorants and oral care, aligning with retailer goals.
• Conduct store audits to monitor shelf share, competitor placement and planogram compliance.
• Plan and execute customer events that support brand and category targets.
• Identify assortment gaps, recommend range adjustments and track spend versus budget.
• Act as liaison between execution teams and head office, coordinating new product launches, discontinuations and promotions.
• Maintain product master data in customer systems and share store‑level insights to refine national strategies.
• Design retailer‑specific promotional plans, negotiate with head office and monitor pricing compliance.
• Analyse sell‑out, market share and secondary sales data, preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of FMCG modern‑trade category management or trade marketing, preferably in personal care/hygiene.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and head‑office processes.

Required skills

• Planogram analysis.
• EPOS data analysis.
• Use of the Dunnhumby portal for data‑driven decisions.
