Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

The Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for the HINO Trucks division will drive sales growth across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximising profitability and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through consultative selling and strong relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while focusing on net sales and gross‑margin earnings.
• Use discounts strategically to close deals while protecting profitability.
• Identify and contact prospective customers, manage assigned accounts and conduct regular field visits.
• Qualify customer needs and match them with appropriate truck models.
• Demonstrate trucks, arrange test‑drives and explain warranties and after‑sales services.
• Prepare sales orders, secure deposits and process related paperwork in line with company policies.
• Provide regular sales reports and ensure overdue payments stay within agreed limits.

Required profile

• Strong product knowledge of commercial vehicles, particularly HINO trucks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Proven experience in sales or account management within the automotive or commercial‑vehicle sector.
