About the role
Axis, a fast‑growing IT company specialising in security surveillance and remote monitoring, is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead its business development in Dubai and the wider Middle East. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with major partners, driving project pipelines and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with installers, system integrators, consultants, engineers and distributors to expand Axis’s market share.
- Educate partners on Axis solutions, organise training sessions and ensure they are equipped to sell the portfolio.
- Create and execute long‑term business plans, forecast revenue and meet or exceed sales targets for the territory.
- Lead major deal negotiations, manage the sales cycle and close high‑value contracts.
- Travel across the UAE and internationally to support partners and attend key industry events.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security, video surveillance or solution selling in IT.
- Proven track record of achieving quarterly revenue goals and managing large‑scale deals.
- Strong business acumen, relationship‑building skills and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Knowledge of physical security and video surveillance solutions.
- Experience with partner ecosystem management and solution selling.
