Key Account Manager

About the role

Axis, a fast‑growing IT security company, is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead its commercial activities in Dubai and the wider Middle East. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with major partners, driving revenue growth and expanding Axis’s market share in the security surveillance sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with installers, system integrators, consultants, engineers and distributors to create a robust project pipeline.
• Educate and train partners on Axis solutions, ensuring they are equipped to sell and support the technology.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define strategies, forecasts and tactics that achieve sales targets for the territory.
• Monitor market trends, identify high‑value opportunities and negotiate contracts with key accounts.
• Travel across the UAE and internationally to meet partners and customers.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security, video surveillance or solution selling within the IT/technology market.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.
• Strong business acumen, relationship‑building skills and a results‑driven mindset.
