Key Account Manager – Luxury Packaging Brand

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join a leading French luxury brand that specializes in premium packaging and merchandising. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for expanding the brand’s presence across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East, including regular travel to meet prospects and clients face‑to‑face.
• Drive sales growth while adhering to the group’s sales strategy, margin and profitability targets.
• Lead projects from concept design through to full‑scale market launch.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly driven by sales and business development.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with ability to build lasting client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools; familiarity with DIVALTO is a plus.
