Key Account Manager – Neuroscience (Gulf)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will ensure BMS Neuroscience innovative products reach the right patients at the right time across Gulf markets. This role combines strategic account management, demand generation, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive product adoption in line with label indications.

Key responsibilities

• Promote BMS Specialty Care brands in Neuroscience by delivering scientific messages to healthcare professionals.
• Own sales objectives for assigned brands across Gulf markets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and creative tactics to achieve business goals.
• Define and prioritize customer targets through profiling and segmentation.
• Achieve mutually agreed business targets by managing customers within distinct segments and executing tailored plans.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital store managers, purchasing, finance and supply departments.
• Demonstrate deep marketplace, therapeutic, product and disease expertise.
• Develop account business plans that meet market and customer needs.
• Support formulary enlisting processes and initiate tactical plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management of specialty care or neuroscience products.
• Strong knowledge of the neuroscience therapeutic area and related disease states.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and tactics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and partnership building skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales objectives.
