Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce (UAE)

About the role

Join Reckitt’s fast‑moving eCommerce team as a Key Account Manager focused on Quick Commerce in the United Arab Emirates. You will nurture relationships with medium and small online accounts, drive growth, and help deliver Reckitt’s purpose of providing high‑quality hygiene, health and nutrition products through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day commercial relationship with Quick Commerce platforms such as Noon Minutes, Talabat and Careem.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through promotional planning and execution.
• Drive assortment expansion, visibility and availability across customer platforms.
• Partner with Supply Chain and distributors to ensure optimal stock and minimise out‑of‑stock risk.
• Execute new product launches and customer‑specific activation plans.
• Manage pricing, promotions and digital‑shelf excellence.
• Analyse sales and category performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions.
• Conduct regular business reviews and develop joint growth plans with customers.
• Manage trade investment efficiently to maximise return on investment.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in FMCG, eCommerce, Quick Commerce or Key Account Management.
• Experience managing Quick Commerce customers in the GCC/Middle East preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and customer development.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
