Khatwaty High School Graduates Programme – Emiratisation

About the role

The Khatwaty High School Graduates Programme offers UAE nationals a fast‑track entry into Emirates’ customer‑facing operations. Participants will be placed in airport services, call centre, cargo, security or finance areas and receive on‑the‑job training to develop supervisory capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service at check‑in, boarding, baggage handling or call centre desks.
• Assist passengers with special needs, VIP services, and unaccompanied minors.
• Support daily operational tasks in assigned business area while adhering to safety and service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly and maintain a smooth passenger experience.

Required profile

• UAE national with a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Motivation to learn, grow and eventually move into supervisory roles.
• Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Customer‑service orientation.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to follow procedures and handle confidential information.
