Kids and Teens Club Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Kids and Teens Club Supervisor to lead our club at Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and create safe, engaging experiences for children and teenagers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily club operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate age‑appropriate recreational, educational, and social activities for kids and teens.
• Lead, train, and mentor club staff, providing constructive feedback and performance guidance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations, and organizational policies.
• Monitor participant behavior and apply positive discipline strategies while maintaining a supportive atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding program updates, participant progress, and concerns.
• Manage club resources, including equipment, supplies, and facilities, to optimise program delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of attendance, incidents, and program evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes professional development and staff engagement.
• Address conflicts and challenges promptly and professionally, seeking solutions that benefit all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a youth‑focused organization, recreational facility, or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavior management, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute engaging, age‑appropriate programs and activities.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days).
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem‑solving techniques.
• Experience with program evaluation and data tracking.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Preferred: Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
• Preferred: Knowledge of youth safeguarding and child‑protection best practices.
