Kids Club Attendant

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant joins the Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort team to deliver a safe, fun, and educational experience for children and teens at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club. You will be the friendly face that ensures every guest‑young‑family feels welcomed and cared for throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Design and run engaging, educational activities for children and teens.
• Identify returning guests, VIPs, and personalize their experience.
• Maintain zero‑accident safety standards; enforce child‑care guidelines at all times.
• Inspect, report, and follow up on any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with the Recreation Supervisor to improve operational procedures.
• Organise special events and festivities for the kids club.
• Monitor supplies, manage stock levels, and support departmental cost control.
• Provide immediate feedback on operations and guest concerns to the supervisor.
