Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a dedicated Kids Club Attendant to join its vibrant Kids Club team. You will create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for young guests, delivering age‑appropriate activities that reflect the hotel’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the Kids Club to ensure smooth functioning and high guest satisfaction.
• Design and implement creative, culturally relevant, and safe activity programmes for children.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel offerings and enforce health and safety standards for all participants.
• Monitor activity participation and adjust programmes based on guest feedback.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as Spa and Food & Beverage, to enhance the overall guest experience.
