Kids Club Attendant – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Kids Club Attendant ensures smooth daily operation of the resort’s children’s club, delivering high‑quality, safe, and engaging experiences for guests’ children. You will interact with children of various ages, maintain equipment, and support overall guest satisfaction at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the Kids Club to achieve the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment for wear or damage and perform necessary adjustments.
• Collect supplies from stores according to resort procedures and maintain inventory.
• Plan, deliver and monitor daily and weekly Kids programmes.
• Provide information on facilities, activity options, rules and regulations to guests.
• Record attendance, monitor activities for safety compliance and intervene when needed.
• Promote children’s activities, clean equipment, vehicles and facilities, and ensure a safe environment.
• Handle guest complaints when possible and report issues to supervisors.
• Explain safety devices to children and guide proper use.
• Attend meetings, training sessions and occasional babysitting duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of child safety, health and hygiene practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with children of different ages.
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic, patient and caring attitude.
• Responsible, attentive to children’s safety and well‑being.
• Creative, able to keep children engaged through fun and educational activities.
