Kids Club Manager

About the role

The Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic Kids Club Manager to lead its Little Nomads programme. You will oversee daily operations, create engaging activities and ensure a safe, memorable experience for young guests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day running of the Kids Club, maintaining high guest‑satisfaction levels.
• Design and implement unique, culturally relevant activities that showcase the hotel’s location.
• Coordinate the Little Nomads staff roster using the Bayan system and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Monitor and maintain health‑and‑safety standards, guaranteeing a secure environment for children.
• Control inventory of Kids Club equipment, ordering supplies through the SCM purchasing system.
• Lead the learning and development of Kids Club nannies and support FLHSS management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in a similar hospitality or children‑focused role.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, integrity and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SCM purchasing system.
• Experience using the Bayan system for scheduling.
• Knowledge of KMS (knowledge management system).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
