Kids Club Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Kids Club Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the Kids Club at our Dubai hotel, providing a safe, fun and interactive environment for children while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the smooth running of the Kids Club on a day‑to‑day basis and achieve top guest satisfaction.
• Create new, unique and interesting children’s activities that reflect local culture and attractions.
• Lead the implementation of health and safety codes, ensuring the wellbeing of all children.
• Supervise all assigned children, maintain attendance records and enforce the Kid’s Club agreement.
• Coordinate with outsourced service providers to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Kids Club area, including disinfecting toys and equipment.
• Report any child health concerns to the Recreation Manager.
• Develop strong working relationships with other hotel departments.
