Kids Only Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Kids Only Agent joins the Sports & Leisure team at One&Only Royal Mirage, a luxury resort in Dubai. You will be responsible for the well‑being of children participating in the Kids Club, delivering highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service while creating memorable experiences for families.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and supervise daily Kids Club activities and programs.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all participating children.
• Collaborate closely with the Kids Only Manager to plan and execute special events, family outings, and themed experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to children’s services.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, preferences, and feedback.
• Uphold the resort’s standards of service excellence and brand values.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or a five‑star hotel environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and guest needs.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
