About the role
We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper to support our chefs and kitchen team in a fast‑paced restaurant environment in Dubai. The role involves assisting with daily food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation tasks.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen area.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Store food items and supplies properly to ensure freshness.
- Help receive, organize, and stock kitchen inventory.
- Follow food safety and health standards at all times.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Required profile
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
