KS2 Primary Teacher Maternity Cover

About the role

We are seeking a qualified KS2 Primary Teacher to join our vibrant NAS Dubai campus on a maternity cover basis. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to deliver the British Curriculum to a diverse student body in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess KS2 lessons across core subjects in line with the British Curriculum.
• Foster a safe, engaging and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student wellbeing.
• Collaborate with senior staff and fellow teachers to ensure consistent academic standards.
• Participate in school events, parent communication and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience teaching KS2 (Years 3‑6) in an international or British‑based school.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence and student development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multicultural community.

Required skills

• Proficiency in delivering the British Curriculum at KS2 level.
• Ability to assess and report student progress effectively.
