About the role

The Lady in Red is the iconic Residence Ambassador for Kempinski Hotels in Dubai. Acting as the extended arm of the Residence Manager, she welcomes, meets and bids farewell to residents and guests, ensuring the highest standards of service and immediate decision‑making for guest well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and ensure short‑ and long‑term residence goals are met under the Operations Manager’s guidance.
• Support front desk and concierge teams to deliver smooth, prompt service.
• Substitute for the Front Office Duty Manager when absent.
• Handle resident and guest comments, complaints and follow‑up resolutions.
• Maintain fire‑exit safety and uphold Kempinski Health & Safety policies.
• Coordinate with all departments to provide personalized attention and resolve issues.
• Review daily arrival correspondence to anticipate resident and guest needs.
• Uphold standards of conduct, dress, hygiene and posture for departmental staff.
• Keep residence information accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Promote in‑house sales and facilities to maximise revenue.
• Execute residence emergency procedures and conduct cleanliness inspections.
• Assist security personnel and respond to operational requests.
• Conduct efficient hand‑overs and address unresolved situations.

Required profile

• Eligible for a UAE work permit.
• Higher college degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in a 5‑star property or residence.
• Proven career progression with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Mature, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
