Land Surveyor

About the role

Stantec is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support sewerage, drainage and irrigation projects across the Emirate of Dubai. The role involves conducting precise surveys using modern instruments and supervising field activities to ensure project quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform survey works for sewerage, drainage, irrigation connections and miscellaneous infrastructure using Total Station and related software.
• Inspect and supervise project activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage and irrigation networks throughout Dubai.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification in surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in modern‑instrument surveying, preferably on sewerage, drainage and irrigation projects.
• Proven experience in inspection and supervision of field works.
• Strong familiarity with the Emirate of Dubai’s infrastructure networks.

Required skills

• Survey works with modern instruments.
• Proficiency in Total Station operation and associated software.
• Computer literacy with AutoCAD and related drafting tools.
