Land Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Land Surveyor to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will perform precise topographic, control and setting‑out surveys for infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, specifications and local standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct topographic, control and setting‑out surveys for pipelines, shafts, chambers and related civil structures.
• Establish, verify and maintain survey control points, benchmarks and reference grids in coordination with project teams.
• Check horizontal and vertical alignments, pipe inverts and structure locations for compliance with tolerances.
• Perform as‑built surveys, validate contractor drawings and maintain comprehensive survey records.
• Coordinate with contractors and supervision teams to resolve on‑site survey discrepancies and attend pre‑construction meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards during field operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in topographic, control and setting‑out surveys on infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Hands‑on experience using GPS, Total Station and modern surveying instruments.
• Competence in surveying software, technical documentation and data management.
