Landscape Engineer – Construction Supervision

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a skilled Landscape Engineer to lead construction supervision for landscape projects in Dubai. The role involves coordinating on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with contract documents, and delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate construction activities to meet contract specifications.
• Lead the construction supervision team and monitor contractor performance.
• Manage quality control, financial control, hand‑over processes, and overall site operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractors and coordinate with authorities.
• Monitor progress against the schedule, review contractor reports, and inform the project manager of any delays.
• Handle change procedures, issue authorized instructions, and propose solutions to design issues.
• Provide claims analysis support and participate in dispute resolution.
• Chair progress meetings, prepare status reports for the client, and oversee shop drawing and material submittal reviews.
• Ensure the Project Safety Plan is implemented and that all personnel work safely.
• Oversee as‑built records, final approvals, hand‑over, and contract close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of on‑site construction experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be legally available to work in the United Arab Emirates.
