Landscape Inspector

About the role

KEO Group is seeking a skilled Landscape Inspector to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for on‑site inspection, quality control, and compliance monitoring of landscape works, ensuring they meet project specifications, international standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all landscape construction activities, including softscape, hardscape, irrigation systems, and associated civil works.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor contractors’ progress and performance, guaranteeing quality workmanship and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports for landscape‑related elements.
• Review and comment on contractors’ method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with site inspectors, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any non‑conformances identified.
• Assist the Resident Engineer/Landscape Engineer in tracking progress and resolving site issues.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on‑site.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in landscape inspection or construction supervision.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
