Landscape Supervisor – Agriculture

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our agricultural landscape operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing maintenance, development, and sustainability of landscaped areas that support agricultural productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of landscaped areas and fruit trees, documenting conditions and providing updates.
• Coordinate with the Facilities Management team and external contractors to ensure work meets palace standards.
• Verify irrigation schedules, inspect zones, and ensure systems deliver adequate water.
• Monitor plant health, enforce the use of approved agro‑chemicals, and ensure safety compliance.
• Prepare snag lists, review as‑built drawings and O&M manuals, and support handover procedures.
• Assist contractors with landscape design proposals and conduct quality inspections of materials and work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Agronomy or a related field.
• Proven experience supervising landscape teams in agricultural settings.
• Ability to follow instructions from senior stakeholders and maintain clear communication.

Required skills

• Knowledge of irrigation system operation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with approved agro‑chemicals for pest and disease control.
• Experience managing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
