About the role

As a Laundry Attendant in our hotel, you will play a key part in delivering the high‑standard hospitality experience our guests expect. You will ensure a steady supply of clean linens and respond to guest laundry requests, contributing to a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

Collect, sort, wash, dry, iron, fold and deliver linens and towels.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of laundry machines and work areas.
Monitor inventory levels of linens and laundry supplies and report shortages.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest laundry service requests.

Required profile

Commitment to hospitality values such as integrity, teamwork and ownership.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
