Laundry Attendant – Resort & Spa

About the role

Join the Anantara Desert Islands Resort & Spa team as a Laundry Attendant, supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through efficient laundry operations. You will work in a vibrant hospitality environment that values generosity, warmth, and authentic Thai-inspired service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities in the production and dry‑cleaning areas of the Laundry Department.
• Supervise and guide other Laundry Associates to meet productivity targets.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all laundry processes comply with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist with special laundry requests and support other hotel departments as needed.

Required profile

• New graduate or minimum three months of training in housekeeping or laundry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Fair English communication ability.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality service.
