Laundry Valet

About the role

The Laundry Valet joins the Guest Environment Expert team at Westin Dubai Marina, delivering a seamless laundry experience for guests and the hotel. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure that all linens, towels and guest laundry are cleaned, folded and returned to rooms promptly, supporting the hotel’s high standards of hospitality and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, sort and transport dirty and clean linens between guest rooms, service areas and the laundry facility.
• Operate commercial washing machines, dryers and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Fold, stack and inventory linens, towels, uniforms and guest laundry items.
• Deliver clean items to designated locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, adhering to health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Handle items weighing up to 50 lb without assistance and follow proper lifting techniques.
• Report equipment issues or supply shortages to the housekeeping supervisor.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items up to 50 lb for extended periods.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work varied shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and respect for confidentiality.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow established procedures.
