Lead Architect & Interior Designer

About the role

ELE Interiors, a boutique interior design studio in Dubai, is looking for a Lead Architect & Interior Designer to head high‑end residential, commercial and hospitality projects. The role blends architectural leadership with interior design expertise, guiding projects from concept through delivery while ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all architectural and interior design aspects of projects from concept to implementation.
• Act as primary client liaison, conduct meetings, gather feedback and refine designs.
• Develop space planning, material selection and FF&E strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Produce and review architectural drawings, 3D visualisations and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Create project timelines, monitor on‑site progress and maintain design integrity.
• Mentor junior designers and foster cross‑functional collaboration.
• Represent ELE Interiors at industry events and stay updated on design trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience leading architecture and interior design projects, preferably in luxury sectors.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.

Required skills

• Advanced 2D drafting with AutoCAD.
• 3D modelling using ArchiCAD, SketchUp or 3ds Max.
