Lead Architect

About the role

The Lead Architect will drive architectural design from concept through construction supervision for high‑profile projects in Dubai. This role serves as the primary design liaison for the client and coordinates approvals with local authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, to construction supervision.
• Manage approvals with Dubai authorities and master‑developers such as DM, DCD, Trakhees, Emaar, Nakheel, and Dubai Holding.
• Oversee a team of architects and BIM modelers, ensuring projects meet programme, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate architecture with MEP, structural, and infrastructure teams and provide technical support during tender and construction phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven leadership of design teams and hands‑on experience with Dubai authority approvals.
• Membership in UAE Society of Engineers and registration as a Practising Architect with Dubai Municipality.
• Experience in engineering consultancy within GCC, UAE, UK, or USA.
