Lead Compliance Operations Specialist

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Lead Compliance Operations Specialist to drive its global compliance operations programme across multiple licensed jurisdictions. You will translate regulatory commitments into practical processes, ensure they are tracked, and maintain compliance throughout the licence lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own tracking of regulatory obligations, licensing conditions and operational actions, coordinating stakeholders for timely completion.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, implementation checklists and business‑readiness materials for new licences.
• Monitor adherence to compliance operational processes, identifying, managing and escalating risks or overdue actions.
• Prepare operational reports, implementation updates and management briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional regulatory implementation activities with Legal, Licensing, Product, Operations and regional teams.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections and operational reviews by gathering documentation, evidence and tracking remediation.
• Lead operational gap assessments and remediation initiatives to strengthen compliance processes and controls.
