Lead Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Cybersecurity Consultant to join our practice and drive end‑to‑end delivery of security engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guide internal teams, and ensure high‑quality, consistent delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales activities: discover requirements, design solutions, estimate effort, and contribute to proposals and Statements of Work.
• Lead the delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
• Oversee services across Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), security incident management, threat detection, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, and security engineering/architecture.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance to consulting and engineering teams during execution.
• Serve as the primary client contact, manage expectations, communicate progress, and proactively address risks.
• Ensure adherence to best‑practice frameworks, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of the service portfolio, evaluate new technologies, and manage relationships with security vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior or lead cybersecurity consulting roles.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to translate complex security concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ownership of full engagement lifecycles, from pre‑sales to delivery governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation abilities.
