Lead Generation & Acquisition Manager (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Lead Generation & Acquisition Manager to build and run Chabé’s digital acquisition strategy from the ground up. Based in Dubai, you will support both mature B2B markets and a newly launched B2C segment for a luxury chauffeured‑transport service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the end‑to‑end digital acquisition strategy, selecting tools and activating channels such as SEO, GEO targeting, SEA, paid social and outbound digital.
• Generate qualified B2B leads and feed the commercial pipeline in close collaboration with the sales team.
• Manage and optimise B2C campaigns to maximise visibility, conversion rates and cost‑per‑acquisition.
• Own acquisition KPIs, produce performance reports and drive continuous optimisation.
• Coordinate with technical teams and external agencies on tracking, landing‑page creation and marketing‑technology integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital acquisition for B2B and/or B2C, preferably in premium services or SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
