Lead Global Implementation & Cash Service – UAE

About the role

The Lead Global Implementation & Cash Service will drive the delivery of Standard Chartered’s Transaction Banking solutions across the UAE. Reporting to the regional head, you will ensure seamless digital integration, manage client onboarding, and uphold service excellence throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Global Implementation and Cash Service strategy for the UAE market.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex Transaction Banking projects, ensuring timely rollout and quality standards.
• Manage senior client relationships, conduct service reviews, and resolve critical escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Coverage, Product, Technology and Operations teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
• Drive process simplification, digital integration and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain robust project governance, operational controls and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing, inclusive implementation team.
• Represent the implementation function in senior management and governance forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading Transaction Banking or cash management implementation projects.
• Strong background in managing senior client relationships and handling escalations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Project management expertise.
• Solid understanding of cash management, supply‑chain finance and trade services.
