Lead Material & Corrosion Engineer – Greenfield

About the role

The Lead Materials and Corrosion Engineer will lead the delivery of materials engineering services to Wood’s internal business units and external clients. The position is primarily office‑based in Abu Dhabi but may require on‑site support both onshore and offshore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of materials engineering services across multiple projects.
• Provide technical expertise for material selection, corrosion management and integrity assessments.
• Support on‑site activities for offshore and onshore installations.

Required profile

• Minimum 120 months (10 years) of experience in materials and corrosion engineering.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
