Lead - Operations

About the role

KATIM is seeking a highly‑detail‑oriented, proactive Lead – Operations to own end‑to‑end delivery of projects across multiple operational functions. You will act as the central hub that ensures every project moves from concept to completion on schedule, on budget, and without supply‑chain interruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for all assigned project operations from kickoff through logical closure, ensuring accountability and traceability.
• Drive coordination activities to guarantee timely delivery of materials and services, track timelines, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Partner with Finance to reconcile purchase orders, invoices and expense reports; generate spend‑vs‑budget reports and flag variances.
• Manage PR/PO workflows, vendor documentation and payment tracking in coordination with the Procurement team.
• Identify operational risks early, log them in the risk register and drive timely mitigation actions.
• Produce and maintain core artefacts such as project plans, status dashboards, risk registers, meeting minutes, technical documents and communication packs.
• Prepare and deliver concise presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Use Jira (or equivalent Agile tools) to track user stories, sprints and maintain project visibility.

• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end project operations delivery.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
