Lead Process Engineer – PMC

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Lead Process Engineer to join its PMC team in Abu Dhabi. The role will be based at the client’s office and involves delivering high‑quality process engineering solutions for a high‑profile oil and gas client.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of process engineering packages for complex oil and gas projects.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering computer programs and data.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years (180 months) of experience in process and chemical engineering.
• Proven track record delivering for high‑profile clients in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas industry practices.
