Lead Project Engineer Risk Management - MEAC

About the role

The Lead Project Engineer (Risk Management) for the MEAC region will provide specialist risk management support across the Middle East, Africa and Caspian area, reporting directly to the Head of Risk – MEAC. You will work on high‑profile energy projects, helping to identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver risk management analyses and recommendations for projects in the MEAC region.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare risk registers, reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Support the Head of Risk in developing regional risk frameworks.
• Monitor and update risk exposure throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project engineering within the oil, gas or energy sector.
• Strong background in risk management methodologies.
• Ability to work across multiple countries in the MEAC region.
