Lead Quality Engineer

About the role

Worley is seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes for ADNOC Growth Projects in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Project Quality Manager, you will ensure full compliance with contractual QA/QC requirements, ADNOC policies, and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, approve, and enforce the Project‑specific Quality Management System, manuals, and procedures.
• Maintain and update quality objectives, KPIs, and contractual requirements for all service providers.
• Lead the project’s compliance and risk registers, ensuring timely implementation of changes via the MOC procedure.
• Prepare and monitor quality plans, reports, and lessons‑learned documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors to guarantee adherence to ADNOC quality policies and project specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing QA/QC processes on large‑scale engineering or construction projects.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary quality team and collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of ADNOC quality policies, international standards, and contractual QA/QC requirements.
