Lead Supply Chain Optimization & LP Modelling SME

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a senior Subject Matter Expert to lead supply chain optimization, planning and linear programming (LP) modelling for its Unified Supply Chain (USC) portfolio. The role combines deep industry knowledge with technical expertise to design, validate and optimise solutions that deliver measurable operational value for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex USC solutions, including USC Plan, Network, Schedule and Assay.
• Translate customer business requirements into scalable solution architectures and optimisation models.
• Facilitate workshops with planners, schedulers, supply‑chain managers and executive stakeholders.
• Act as functional and technical authority during implementation, defining modelling approaches, integration requirements and deployment strategies.
• Oversee model development, validation, testing and user‑acceptance activities.
• Resolve technical and business issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure delivery follows AVEVA methodologies and best practices.
• Support presales activities, practice development and mentor consultants across the global USC community.

Required profile

• Senior consulting experience in supply‑chain or process optimisation.
• Proven ability to guide customers through complex software implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in leading workshops and delivering training.
