Lead, Vendor & Contracts Management

About the role

The Lead, Vendor & Contracts Management role is responsible for driving the execution of IT vendor and contract management activities. You will ensure reliable vendor delivery, timely contract renewals, and efficient invoice processing while supporting continuous performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational interactions with IT vendors, ensuring service delivery meets performance expectations.
• Conduct regular vendor meetings, check‑ins, and follow‑ups within established governance forums.
• Track SLA adherence, record service disruptions, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed logs of vendor issues, communications, escalations, and actions taken.
• Support timely processing of validated supplier invoices in coordination with procurement.
• Assist in vendor assessments, monitor compliance, and log vendor‑related risks such as delivery delays or contractual breaches.
• Execute contract lifecycle tasks including onboarding, documentation updates, and contract closure.
• Track contract milestones, renewal dates, deliverables, and pricing terms.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and coordinate amendment requests with legal, procurement, and finance teams.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics, develop dashboards, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Track vendor costs, validate invoicing accuracy, and identify overcharges or under‑utilized services.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT vendor and contract management activities.
• Strong understanding of SLA monitoring, contract lifecycle management, and vendor risk assessment.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams including procurement, legal, and finance.
• Excellent analytical skills to track performance metrics and cost optimization.
