Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The organization is a leading hospitality, entertainment and tourism group operating large‑scale destinations and attractions. It seeks a Learning and Development Manager to design, deliver and continuously improve learning initiatives that support business objectives and operational excellence across multiple parks and business units.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and business leaders, to identify department‑specific learning needs.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, design programs, develop blended learning solutions and evaluate their impact.
• Facilitate workshops covering knowledge‑based and soft‑skill topics for colleagues at all levels.
• Create and publish digital learning content using Articulate and VYond, and distribute modules via LMS, MS Teams, Viva Engage and Loop.
• Maintain accurate learning records, reporting and support Individual Development Plan implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or talent development within a multi‑site environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with HR partners and operational leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
