About the role
The Learning & Development Consultant will drive the digital transformation of learning initiatives within Al-Futtaim Automotive, designing and deploying innovative digital learning solutions to enhance employee capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement digital learning solutions to improve employee skills.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Analyze learning program metrics (attendance, completion, engagement) and drive continuous improvement.
- Convert complex subject‑matter documents into concise learning content for frontline staff.
- Develop engaging digital assets and learning materials for employee development.
- Oversee the launch and deployment of learning programs across the organization.
Required profile
- UAE national.
- Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
