Learning & Development Consultant – Retail

About the role

The Learning & Development Consultant will drive capability building across Al Futtaim’s retail business. You will design, lead and implement innovative learning solutions that are commercially relevant and aligned to diverse business contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop facilitators, managers and delivery partners to amplify scaled learning impact.
• Design outcome‑driven learning architectures, integrating simulations, board games, digital journeys and team events.
• Translate business needs into brand‑specific interventions from diagnosis through instructional design.
• Create engaging digital campaigns using visual and design tools to enhance learner experience.
• Build and nurture stakeholder networks through consultative engagement and visual storytelling.
• Oversee program delivery, ensuring facilitation standards, disciplined execution and sustained post‑class engagement.
• Utilise data reporting tools to generate insights for decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Proven track record designing and delivering experiential learning solutions such as simulations and digital games.
• Strong understanding of retail industry commercial and operational requirements.
