Learning & Development Data Analyst (UAE National)

Amazon is a data‑driven organization that relies on metrics to continuously improve. As a Learning & Development Data Analyst based in Abu Dhabi, you will turn complex data sets into actionable insights that support L&D initiatives and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data collection processes and data management systems.
• Design and execute SQL queries to compile, transform, and generate reports.
• Create visualizations (Tableau, QuickSight) to support business decision‑making.
• Build automation solutions using Python to streamline recurring analyses.
• Prepare and publish reports for business reviews such as WBR, QBR, and project updates.
• Partner with leadership to interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct in‑depth research into defect trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Perform data collection, entry, and mining to support operational goals.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, digestible standard reports.
• Support Learning team projects with analytical expertise and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively with L&D and leadership teams.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
