Learning & Development Executive

About the role

The Learning & Development Executive will drive employee growth at Excellence Driving Centre in Al Qusais, Dubai. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programs, coach staff and support performance improvement initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct performance reviews and identify development needs.
• Design, develop and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Coach and mentor employees to enhance their skills and career progression.
• Maintain training calendars, schedules and learning resources.
• Facilitate presentations and learning activities for diverse audiences.
• Collect feedback, assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support organisational development and operational excellence projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in learning and development, corporate training delivery and performance improvement.
• Strong communication, presentation and coaching abilities.
• Passion for employee development and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using presentation tools for training delivery.
