About the role

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development HR Specialist to support and drive initiatives across L&D, HR strategy, talent management, and organizational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement Learning & Development strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
Support HR strategy, talent management, and employee development initiatives.
Design and manage excellence and organizational development programs.
Conduct training needs analysis and support competency development frameworks.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D and talent initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Required profile

Proven experience in L&D, HR Strategy, Talent Management, and Excellence Programs.
Experience within government entities is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, organizational development, and talent frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Arab candidates only.
