Learning & Development Manager (Luxury Retail)

About the role

We are partnering with a world‑leading luxury brand to appoint a Learning & Development Manager based in Dubai. The role will shape talent capability across the Middle East, influencing retail leaders, boutique teams and future talent to drive client experience, commercial performance and long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Directors, Boutique Managers and HR Business Partners to translate business priorities into learning solutions.
• Design and deliver engaging programmes covering leadership, coaching, client experience, product knowledge and retail excellence.
• Build structured development pathways for boutique and corporate managers and emerging leaders.
• Provide impactful onboarding, coaching and succession planning to strengthen leadership and employee engagement.
• Support new boutique openings, organisational changes and strategic retail projects across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering learning initiatives for retail or luxury environments.
• Ability to work closely with regional leadership, HR and retail management as a trusted advisor.
• Strong understanding of how learning contributes to client experience and business performance.
