Learning & Development Specialist – UAE National

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist supports the AMZL Trans Learning team by coordinating and delivering training programs for operations staff in Dubai. This role blends classroom facilitation with administrative management to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for up to 50 participants, covering operational and compliance topics.
• Track learner performance, analyze learning curves, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Monitor adherence to established training programs and launch new tactical and strategic projects.
• Create training materials using Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video editing tools.
• Execute gap‑closing plans for individual and group development needs.
• Partner with program managers and leadership to update documents, implement process changes, and drive site adoption.
• Develop internal dashboards and report training progress and KPIs in daily and weekly leadership calls.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
• Experience as a trainer managing classroom learners or delivering training across multiple sites or regions.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
